We are all Songfall Survivors

Kickstarting an expansion for the sci-fi RPG of memetic horror, After the War

We are all Songfall Survivors
This is a community submitted press release.

After the War is a science-fiction roleplaying game of memetic horror where even your own mind can betray you. Players become the survivors of a galactic war who try to heal and rebuild both their lives and communities on the alien world of Polvo.

We designed and published this game in 2019, but the ideas continued to lurk in the recesses of our minds. No matter how often we ran the game, it always hungered for more. We would wake in the middle of the night with a strange compulsion to continue to develop more content. We wore more future history, with feverish intensity, dream up new alien species, and even craft strange new cults. We would wake from restless slumber to find we had unwittingly designed new rules for advanced settlements and campaigns. We became obsessed with developing more content for After the War.

Eventually, we came to realize that we had no choice but to hat it would not let publish a full expansion for After the War and infected the greater public with our enthusiasm. We hoped that, perhaps this time, the ravenous idea would move to a new host and let us rest.

We are sorry, dear reader. It is too late.

Genesis of Legend Publishing is proud to announce the kickstarter campaign for Songfall Survivors, a beautiful new supplement for After the War. This expansion gives you the tools and the guidance so you can play extended campaigns. It expands on the setting with added history, exploration of cultures, religions traditions, new alien species, and more factions to meddle in your affairs. It also presents a series of new optional mechanics for advanced settlements, settlement threats, collective actions and warfare.

Oh, and it offers you a dedicated wrexpoloration mini-game for exploring and salvaging priceless scrap and relics from fallen starships. You heard me right.
