Sacramento, CA – September 5, 2024 – Today, Tabletop Mirror proudly announces the successful completion of its first crowdfunding campaign, which achieved full funding within the first few hours of its launch and raised a total of $51,165 with 470 backers, more than 2100% of its initial goal. This funding will fuel ongoing development and support server and operational costs as the platform continues to expand its user base and evolve its features. Some of the stretch goals reached include the development of a Mobile App, full Card Game Support within the platform, 3D Battle Grids, Offline Support, and much more!
In addition to celebrating a successful campaign, today also marks an exciting new chapter for Tabletop Mirror as the platform rebrands to Hedron! This change reflects the platform’s evolution and its commitment to providing a multifaceted, cutting-edge tool for TRPG enthusiasts worldwide.
Hedron began as a personal project by homebrew GM and engineer Varun Singh to manage the intricate world of his own tabletop RPG. What started as a tool for his private campaign quickly grew into a versatile resource for the broader community. The platform now offers a wide range of features, including a customizable mechanics editor, an extensive item, spell, and feature wiki, detailed lore management, custom timekeeping and calendar tools, a graphical mapmaking interface, and comprehensive campaign management resources. And this is just the beginning—more exciting features are on the horizon.
Thanks to the generous support of backers, the campaign will further enhance the platform’s capabilities.
