Pantsless Tables: An Update

This India-based studio has already caused waves and created chaos, and is here to stay

Pantsless Tables: An Update
This is a community submitted press release.

After an incredible first 6 months, Pantsless Tables is now expanding horizons to fulfill their goal of showcasing more underrepresented Asian talent. Over the next few months, the AP studio plans to run 9 new shows, each with an extremely diverse cast. Planned shows are from various different systems like Masks, Bludgeon, Call of Cthulhu, Candela Obscura, Apocalypse Keys and more!

In The Shadows: Currently 2 sessions in, this DND5e miniseries DM'd by Laura aka Bard follows a group of street kids living in a magical steampunk city in a race against time to clear their street parent's name.

Pasión de las Pasiones: Romance! Drama! Intrigue! This Telenovela-style TTRPG has it all! DM'd by Agent P, this game will test your resolve to see where your loyalties lie - with your heart or with your desire for power. This game will run for 9 sessions on Tuesdays starting August 13th! Casting calls for this game are now closed.

Oops, All Bards! This DND5e mini-campaign is set in the world of Exandria, 11 years before the events of Pantsless Tables' long-running campaign The Tales of Fate 2. Set in Port Dabeli, this campaign is DM'd by Vignesh and follows a group of 7 (yes, 7!) bards trying to find their place in the world. This campaign is fundraising for PCRF and has raised $1010 for the cause so far! Donation incentives include summoning a romanceable dragon, turning a PC into a Goblin with a Fat Ass, and pulls from The Deck of Many Things (We're at 33 pulls right now!). You can donate to the cause here, and if you have the time, consider catching up on The Tales of Fate and The Tales of Fate 2.

Dark Waters: This DND5e campaign is set in the homebrew world of Trensea, and will be DM'd by Indian creator extraordinaire Tanfighter. Dark Waters is a follow-up to a 4-episode miniseries on the channel called The Onrush. This campaign aims to tell the story of a group of adventurers all the way from level 1 to level 20. Dark Waters is also the first of many APs pitched as part of Chaos Fridays, an initiative by Pantsless Tables to create waves and cause chaos on, you guessed it, Fridays. You can watch The 4-episode Onrush miniseries here

Rejects: This Masks miniseries DM'd by Kallum and officially supported by Magpie Games (They have generously offered 2 books as giveaways!) follows a group of superheroes attempting to help the common folk while working outside the system. This miniseries will run on alternate Fridays as part of Chaos Fridays mentioned above.

Bludgeon: Bludgeon is a D20-based system created by a group of Indian teeterpoggers that empowers you to play what you want, how you want. This miniseries will run Sundays in August to celebrate India's Independence Day. The show is DM'd by TacticsandChai, one of the creators of the project, and this miniseries has an entirely Indian cast!

Apocalypse Keys S2: This yet unnamed miniseries DM'd by Armaan picks up right where season 1 ended with (spoiler alert) our monsters on an alternate Earth where they have to flip the script and cause an Apocalypse instead of trying to stop it. This miniseries will also air as part of Chaos Fridays once the Masks miniseries wraps up in September. You can catch up on the 4-session season 1 here.

Candela Obscura: This 4-episode horror miniseries DM'd by Hector Reyes will run on Sundays in September and promises to be a tale of the dark desires of the red lamp district, the dangerous yet dramatic lives of queer people in Fairhaven, and the complicated power dynamics of the class divide that separates them. Casting calls will open in mid August

Call of Cthulhu: Welcome to the idyllic mining town of Ispatpur, where danger lurks beneath your feet. This miniseries was a charity stretch goal during Pantsless Pride back in June 2024 and was unlocked after hitting $1500 for Trans Lifeline. DM'd by Amaan, this game will run on Sundays in October and promises to be creepy, terrifying and will knock your socks off. This game is also officially supported by Chaosium! Players will receive both a physical and pdf copy of the core rule book, and viewers will also be able to enter giveaways for the starter set! As a result, we will prioritize players who have experience being on stream before. . Watch this space for new information soon! Casting calls for this game are now open!

Inevitable: Love cowboy westerns? A fan of magic? Tired of the heroes saving the day every time? Want to play Saiyan warriors on the dying Planet Vegeta, weeks before its destruction? Well then this story is for you. Another miniseries unlocked as part of Pantsless PRIDE stretch goals, this 4-part Inevitable miniseries is set in the Dragon BallZ Universe. This series also marks Pantsless Tables' creator Steve aka Sassypants' first miniseries as DM on the channel! Casting calls will open in late September

From August 2nd-4th, Pantsless Tables will be working with Poorna and Desis and Dragons to help fundraise for Medical Aid for Palestinians. Quite a few of the games will be co-streamed on the channel. You can donate to the cause here.

From August 9th - 11th, Pantsless Tables will be involved in a mutual aid charity fundraiser. A friend of the channel and also mod for Sassypants' personal channel is being kicked out of his apartment due to change in UK regulations and urgently needs to move (by mid September). He and his fiancé are hoping to raise funds for the same. You can donate to their cause here

First lines of text in a large handwritten font “Jazz and Teals's Emergency Moving Fund” “@jazzadelegames” In smaller text reads: “Jazz (he/him) is a queer arab witch and content creator who fundraises for others regularly. Teal (he/him) is a queer artist and content creator, and also Jazz's fiancée.” “Unfortunately, we're being kicked out {the landlord won't renew our lease} so we have until 10th September to raise £1.6k to secure stable and secure housing in time. The £1.6k is to cover first month's rent, deposit, potential "damages" for our current place, a moving van, & travel to viewings and on moving day.” The title is off-center to the right. Beside it is a logo with two keys in the middle and a rainbow behind that. The poster is a light pink with blue leaf outlines covering the background. In front of this is a coral-pink box, which looks as though it has been painted

Towards the end of September, Pantsless Tables plans to host another 48-ish hour charity event. The cause is yet TBD but it will be focused on and Indian charity. More info on that soon!
