Descend into the Shadows: A Solo Dungeon Delve

Lord of Terror invites you to explore a world shrouded in mystery and peril. As a lone adventurer, you’ll delve into haunted dungeons, confront malevolent creatures, and uncover long-buried secrets. But beware—the darkness holds more than physical threats. It reveals the hidden recesses of your character’s mind.

The Second Guess System: Unveiling Truths

At the heart of Lord of Terror lies the innovative Second Guess System. Inspired by the acclaimed solo RPG One White Eye, this system combines a d20, a d6, and your favorite writing implement. Here’s how it works:

Roll the d20: Each roll unlocks prompts that guide your character through town events and treacherous encounters. Will you uncover forgotten lore or face a deadly adversary?
Journal Your Results: Chronicle your journey as you face the unknown. Record your character’s thoughts, fears, and triumphs. But remember, repetition is key.
Hidden Truths Revealed: When you revisit a prompt, the layers of your character’s psyche peel back. What was once concealed emerges—a new clue, a suppressed memory, or a self-deception. The more you roll, the deeper you delve.
