Lombardy Studios Releases One-Page Bulge 2nd Edition
Dana Lombardy and Steve Jackson bring classic wargame to Kickstarter
First released in 1980, Steve’s Jackson’s One-Page Bulge was a classic war game with a twist – unlike other war simulations, this version had only one page of rules. Now, fans of WWII history can return to the battlefield with One-Page Bulge 2nd Edition, a Kickstarter campaign launching October 15 in commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge. This updated version of the classic game comes as a collaboration between Steve Jackson (Steve Jackson Games) and Dana Lombardy (LombardyStudios.com).
One-Page Bulge, which features a regimental-style replay of the famous battle, is quick but also challenging. The single page rulesheet has guidelines for capturing Allied supply, German isolation, weather, as well as options for destroying bridges. One-Page Bulge 2 will include state-of-the-art graphics and the high-quality components that Steve and Dana’s fans have come to expect. Sample art, video interviews with Steve and Dana, and more will be posted over the next several weeks before and during the Kickstarter campaign in October.
The Kickstarter campaign for One-Page Bulge 2nd Edition goes live on October 15, 2024. Fans of Steve and Dana’s work are encouraged to send an email to dana.lombardy@gmail.com to sign up for updates and behind-the-scenes information.
