Devil’s Due is a roughly 80-page hardcover roleplaying setting book full of space pirate supplements and adventures for the Mothership sci-fi horror RPG from an international team of 20 third-party creators. It launches Nov. 12th on BackerKit as part of the Mothership Month crowdfunding event!

The planet resolved on sensors, emerging from the depths of the black like some silent beast. We long heard rumors of Devil’s Due, the lawless planet ruled by villains, thieves, and raiders. From our viewport we saw its so-called capital city, Azimuth, glistening like sweat on a green beast’s back. We knew then that the Company had sent us to our doom. We would never be able to unwind the tangle of dozens of competing corporate legal claims on this planet, the salvage they made into a city, and the countless ships lost here since. As scanners picked up more and more ships, their transponders disabled, our fate became clear: Join in this desperate anarchy, or scatter our hull among the countless derelicts that encase this treacherous planet like a tomb. —Recovered log from the GBSS Arkle

  • 4 random tables filled with the bounties needed to answer your pirate questions: Who's that pirate merc eyeing us down? What's that weird gadget? Where can you find your next prey? How did you get press-ganged into service?
