DEAD GHOST PRODUCTIONS ANNOUNCES MARS COLONY
Dead Ghost Productions, the award-winning podcasting collective behind Kill Every Monster, Godsfall, and the DIE RPG series Replay, have announced the first series in their new actual play venture: Mars Colony.
The TTRPG Mars Colony was written by Tim C. Koppang and is designed for two players. One takes on the role of the colony’s appointed “savior”—named Kelly Perkins—while the other plays the Governor, responsible for all the various problems that are plaguing the citizens of Mars. As the game progresses, the savior faces a constant struggle between competence and failure, honesty and deception.
The show Mars Colony is a fully produced actual play podcast following tech billionaire Kelly Perkins as he is summoned to Mars in an effort to save the failing colony. The series explores how the unyielding demands of capitalism combined with the narcissism of silicon valley put humanity on a path to the red planet long before we were ready.

Each episode is enhanced for full audio immersion by Dead Ghost co-founder Aram Vartian who also plays the savior of the martian colony, Kelly Perkins. Alex Boer—a professional game master who starred in the “Flumph” and “Aboleth” episode of Kill Every Monster—is the GM for this story.
Listeners will need no prior knowledge of the Mars Colony game, nor any other story before the events of our show. It is produced with luscious soundscapes, dramatic scores, and multi-layered soundtracks that listeners of Kill Every Monster and Dead Ghost have come to know and love.
