Compose Dream Games is an ardent supporter of the indie RPG scene in Canada, and has brought many UK based publisher’s titles to Canada. UK publishers distributed by Compose Dream Games in Canada include Parable Games, We Evolve, Critical Kit, Beyond Cataclysm, Rowan, Rook & Decard, and more. “One of our major goals is to help hobby game stores have easy access to great indie RPGs,” says Kitz. “We’ve done that successfully in Canada and after two years of attending conventions in the UK, it was clear there was a need we could fill here too.”
The UK site composedreamgames.co.uk launches with a focus on Canadian publisher’s games which have been harder to acquire in that market. The breadth of titles available will be expanding rapidly in the coming months, including many UK based publishers.
The Compose Dream Games RPG Marketplace first launched in Canada in 2017 with 8 publishers, shortly after the release of Kitz’s first game Simple Superheroes #0. “The goal has always been to get more great RPGs into people’s hands and to meet those people where they are,” says Kitz.
