Midnight Rush Bad House RPG Presents a Darkness Eternal Production
This is a community submitted press release.

Bad House is stoked to announce a brand new Hunter: The Reckoning actual play set in their Darkness Eternal series brought to you in part by Hero Forge Minis coming at the end of Summer 2024.

Midnight Rush was born from the despair that is all too familiar to both Gen Z and Millennials alike - looking for a job in one of the worst job markets the country has ever seen. The show will follow four down on their luck New Yorkers played by Ambrose, Josephine Kim, Laurel Rothamel, and Stella Luna who are tricked into working for a cleaning service that targets Thin-blood alchemy labs under the guise of a task app. Soon our part-timers realize they are in over their heads dealing with Kindred and possibly the rest of the supernatural folk in the city. With Fabian Lelay as the Storyteller, Midnight Rush is the 6th show in the roster of the Darkness Eternal Series presented by Bad House RPG.

If you aren't familiar with Darkness Eternal, Bad House RPG created their own continuity born from the frustrations of the current canon of World of Darkness. Both Fabian and Josephine sought out to decolonize the lore and make the game more accessible for marginalized players who in the past may have felt unwelcome by the current and previous writing.

Preceding Midnight Rush are a slew of amazing shows such as Ashes of New Amsterdam, a Mage story set in the same city, focusing on the mages that are now coming to light and rebuilding after the clash of the Traditions a few decades ago. The Lion's Den, a Vampire: The Masquerade story that gives us a peek of Kindred unlife north of the border. Itaewon by Night, the first all-Asian Vampire: The Masquerade actual play that shows the cultures of Kindred unshackled by the governance of the Western beliefs of the Children of Cain. Madness Over Manila, a story about the scars of colonization and what the beings that call Manila home choose to do about it. And finally, Embers of Rage, an all-Latine Werewolf: The Apocalypse story about vengeance and the meaning of family.
